On The Young and the Restless, things are heating up something fierce, but way down in N’awlins, Christian Le Blanc is still making the best of the worst weather.

Isn't that reserved for Christmas? No one gave New Orleans the memo on that one. Christian LeBlanc was back on his Instagram page, showing everyone that it wasn't just a freak moment and that this winter storm that’s dropping record-breaking amounts of snow in New Orleans and Houston isn't done yet. Florida is readying plows…let that sink in. Pretty hard to tan on the beach with no sun and a few feet of snow, when was the last time someone snowboarded in Mobile, AL? It is so bad that ports across NOLA, Houston, and Mobile were shut down. Then there are those people who can always put a smile on your face in the worst weather, the ones who could make a silk purse out of a sow’s ear…

The Young and the Restless star Christian LeBlanc was back out in the snow today, whizzing a snowball and grinning madly.

“It’s called “SNOW” apparently!!!” LeBlanc captioned. One of Christian’s followers, liz_ardgowan, commented, “OMG I ❤️this!! You look like an adorable kid in the snow 😂 Stay warm and have fun xx.” Instagram follower jaz_temp quipped, “SNOLA.”

LeBlanc sure looks like he is having fun — sometimes there’s nothing but to make the best out of situations out of our control, much like his character Michael Baldwin on The Young and the Restless.

The street scene looks like something straight out of New York City or Chicago, not the Big Easy. But at the same time, there's something so very pretty about a blanket of snow. All that’s missing is a gaggle of kids running around dressed up in a hundred layers because if mom’s cold, then so are you, apparently.

In the last reel, Christian takes us for a drive through the streets of “N’awlins baby,” and it paints a different picture — one that shows the scale of just how bad this storm is — and how it’s showing no signs of stopping.

Christian looks like he’s going to laissez les temps rouler, but how bad is the storm? Well, the temperatures are 20 to 30 degrees below the January average, and New Orleans has nine and a half inches of snow so far. It could be gripping much of the South and Eastern United States for most of the week as advised by the National Weather Service.
