While out for a walk, LeBlanc showed a small accumulation of flakes near a corner, and noted that the last time it snowed there, he was in high school. “It took three blocks to build a snowman,” he laughed. A little bit later, the snow started to stick to the ground and was coming down heavily as he was out for his walk.

“It’s snowing in New Orleans!” he said excitedly, noting that it was supposed to become the biggest snowfall the area would have since the ‘60s. Adding that he was in the Garden District, LeBlanc said he wanted to get out early this morning so he could enjoy the peacefulness of the snowfall before all the kids came out to play in it.

LeBlanc walked around his house in an Instagram story as the snow fell so he could show how beautiful he thought it looked. He noted to that he wasn’t the only one around the country experiencing the storm, but wanted to share with an Instagram Live. The Young and the Restless co-star and friend Michelle Stafford, who plays Michael Baldwin’s best friend on the show, Phyllis Summers, tuned in to say hello. Beth Maitland, who plays Y&R's Traci Abbott, wrote, “Brrrrrrrr” and J. Eddie Peck (Cole Howard) commented, “That is crazy! Enjoy yourself!”

Carla, one of his first fans to tune into his live broadcast noted she was from Canada. “You guys are used to this,” LeBlanc smiled. Brandon Beamer, who plays Shawn-Douglas Brady on Days of our Lives noted to LeBlanc, “You look so happy! I love the snow!” and Bobbie Eakes (ex-Macy Alexander, B&B) checked in, too. “Crazy! We’re getting snow in Savannah tonight 😃 So fun!!!!” she shared.

LeBlanc also shared two pictures, labeling them, “The view of downtown New Orleans: BEFORE SNOWMAGEDEN…DURING SNOWMAGEDEN!!” Although, as that was at the start of the storm this morning, he gave another update in the afternoon. After returning from a neighborhood walk, he was happy to report that the deli was open, and he was able to get fresh bagels. He might not be so lucky tomorrow if the snow continues to fall overnight.
