At Society, Daniel (Michael Graziadei) and Summer (Allison Lanier) have a conversation. Daniel knows his sister pretty well — well enough to know her better than she knows herself sometimes.

After listening to her talk about Kyle (Michael Mealor) and Claire (Hayley Erin), Daniel questions Summer’s true feelings. Has she even assessed them herself? It’s been fairly obvious that Summer’s got some negative feelings about Claire and Kyle’s relationship.
“If you’re suggesting that I’m jealous of Kyle and Claire’s relationship, you’re way off base,” Summer says to Daniel. But is she trying to fool Daniel, or is she fooling herself? Or does Summer just not want them to be together, simply because she’s single?
Holden on to secrets

At Crimson Lights, Audra (Zuleyka Silver) ran into Holden (Nathan Owens), and they revealed that they’d known each other all along. Worried that it’ll come to light that she lied to Nate (Sean Dominic) and Amy (Valarie Pettiford) and pretended that she had no idea who Holden was — or that he wasn’t Damian (Jermaine Rivers) — Audra is concerned that her secret will be revealed, and it blow up her relationship with Nate.
Audra tells Holden adamantly, “The last thing I need after all this is Nate finding out we have history.” Holden starts to answer, but they are interrupted. Nate had already come into the coffee shop and spotted them talking on the patio. “What’s going on here?” Nate asks. Will they come up with a good excuse, or will he know they’re hiding something from him?
Back to his old tricks

Now that Victor (Eric Braeden) has recovered enough from his gunshot wound, he’s back to focusing on what matters: making life difficult for his enemies.
Of course, he needs someone to do his bidding, and he has just the right person. “So now that Ian Ward and that Jordan woman are out of the picture, I want to implement the next phase of my plan,” Victor tells Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc). “Which plan?” Michael asks. “To go after Jack Abbott via Jabot,” Victor says.
