Furry Friends: Stars of The Young and the Restless, The Bold and the Beautiful, and Beyond the Gates share photos

On The Young and the Restless, Victor (Eric Braeden) once had a dog named Zapato (“shoes” in Spanish, as in he chewed up Nikki’s {Melody Thomas Scott} shoes), and he was his faithful sidekick for a while. After Zapato died, Victor had another dog named Segundo (or “Second” in Spanish). We haven’t seen him in a long time, though. Of course, there are the horses on the ranch. One was named Jupiter, and Claire (Hayley Erin) just got a new horse as a gift, and it is named Seeker.

At one point, Connor (Judah Mackey) had a cat, and Harrison (Redding Munsell) got a pet fish named Sam, but other than that, there haven’t been many pets on the soaps. However, some of the stars of The Young and the Restless, The Bold and the Beautiful, and Beyond the Gates have fur-kids that we can’t get enough of. We often get a little peek at the cuteness when they share photos and videos of them on social media.

The Young and the Restless

Michael Graziadei’s (Daniel Romalotti) family recently adopted a cute little Pomeranian puppy into their family. Romy Park, who plays Poppy Nozawa on The Bold and the Beautiful, happened to see him and took photos as she is a huge dog lover herself, with a special fondness for the breed. Although that was the first time the two actors had met, they unknowingly shared mutual friends. After Romy posted photos of Michael with his dog on Instagram, they were told of the connection.“Michael Graziadei and I wouldn’t have met otherwise. Dogs bring people together,” Romy had posted.

Tracey E. Bregman (Lauren Fenmore) posted a photo of her dog, looking rather debonair while posing on the couch near a window. “My best friend,” she captioned, hashtagging ‘rescue’ and ‘adoptdontshop.’

Mark Grossman (Adam Newman) quipped, “he’s ready for his close up and a treat” about his dog, who was lying with his toy next to an open script.

Beyond the Gates

Beyond the Gates doesn’t premiere until February 24th, so we don’t know yet if anyone in the gated community in D.C. will have a pet. However, Jen Jacob (Ashley Morgan) showed her little cutie on the couch one morning, and we just wanted to see more.

Lauren Buglioli, who plays Vanessa McBride, shares her dogs with her followers in photos and videos. She credited their existence in her life to LifeLine Animal Project, which has a goal “to end the euthanasia of healthy and treatable animals in Atlanta” (where Beyond the Gates is filmed).

The Bold and the Beautiful

Elsa Esnoult (Fanny Grayson) shared a video of her cat and dog playing together, noting that she loved that they got along like that. She’s also shown photos of them, claiming she would do anything for them. There was also a video of her playing with her orange tabby as it followed the feather she was shaking along the ground.

Scott Clifton, otherwise known as Liam Spencer on The Bold and the Beautiful, was spotted in the parking lot with his dogs. “Just @cliftoncam with his pig potato friends,” @ellesmithanderson captioned, and Scott reposted on his Instagram. An arrow pointed to one of the dogs who was looking away from the camera. “Never paying attention,” said the caption.

Kyle Lowder played B&B’s Rick Forrester from 2007 to 2011. The role was filled by Jacob Young when Karla Mosely (now on Beyond The Gates as Dani Dupree) played Maya, Rick’s wife. Lowder is also known for playing Brady Black on Days of Our Lives and is now the morning anchor of KTVN News in Nevada. His beautiful dog enjoyed the snow and outdoors of his property.
