On October 3, 2024, CBS’s longest-running scripted series, The Young and the Restless, will start its 52nd season. It will also mark the show’s 37th season as daytime’s number-one drama.

CBS promises “suspense, romance, and rivalries” to be the focus this fall when Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) hits Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) where it hurts the most. Victor’s plan of attack is set to divide the Abbott family.

Meanwhile, in Genoa City, Sharon (Sharon Case) is haunted by her past, which leads her to visit her dark side. Abby (Melissa Ordway) and Devon (Bryton James) will face an unexpected obstacle as they plan their wedding.

November 13, 2024, will be the historic 13,000th episode of The Young and the Restless. Additionally, Michelle Stafford (Phyllis Summers) and Sharon Case will each celebrate their 30th anniversaries of being on the show. Viewers will be treated to special episodes about Phyllis and Sharon.

The Young and the Restless airs weekdays on CBS from 12:30pm to 1:30pm ET/11:30am to 12:30pm PT). It is produced by Bell Dramatic Serial Company in association with Sony Pictures Television.
