Meet Christian Jules LeBlanc -- the visual artist

Christian LeBlanc, a three-time Emmy winner as Michael Baldwin on The Young and the Restless, has shown us his acting talent for many years, but what fans might not know is that he is also a talented visual artist.

This weekend, an exhibit of Christian's artwork entitled "Wet" opened at the Kevin Gillentine Gallery in New Orleans, and many of his fellow soap stars were there to lend their support.

LeBlanc's fine drawings of photo-realistic oysters, a staple fare of the New Orleans area, received glowing reviews from his fellow soap stars in attendance, including Camryn Grimes (Mariah Copeland, The Young and the Restless), Jessica Collins (ex-Avery Clark, Y&R), Sean Carrigan (ex-Stitch Rayburn, Y&R), Bryton James (Devon Hamilton, Y&R), Brytni Sarpi (Elena Dawson, Y&R), Kate Linder (Esther Valentine, Y&R), Nadia Bjorlin (Chloe Lane, Days of our Lives), Molly Burnett (ex-Melanie Jonas, DAYS), and LeBlanc's on-screen wife, Tracey Bregman (Lauren Baldwin, Y&R).

As hard as it might be to believe, it bears repeating that LeBlanc's exhibit pieces are not photographs.

Christian LeBlanc joined The Young and the Restless as prominent Genoa City attorney Michael Baldwin in 1991. Aside from his work on Y&R, LeBlanc has also been seen in Michelle Stafford's (Phyllis Summers, Y&R) side project, The Stafford Project; Fumbling Through the Pieces with Hillary B. Smith (ex-Nora Buchanan, One Life to Live); and Crystal Chappell's (ex-Carly Manning, DAYS; ex-Maggie Carpenter, OLTL; ex-Olivia Spencer, Guiding Light) film The Grove and web series Venice the Series.
