Check out photos from the gorgeous Encino compound that The Young and the Restless star Catherine Bach (Anita Lawson) just sold for a cool $5 million.
The Young and the Restless star Catherine Bach (Anita Lawson) can pull up her Daisy Dukes and feel proud of a job well done. The former The Dukes of Hazzard actress just sold her Los Angeles property a week after she put it on the market for $5,000 more than her asking price.
According to the Los Angeles Times, Bach made $5.4 million for the Encino compound -- which is quite an improvement upon the $1.825 million she paid for the home back in 1992. As for what the new buyer will enjoy, the property is a 0.8-acre lot that boasts a six-bedroom 1940s farmhouse, a movie theater, a two-story guesthouse, a swimming pool, a poolside kitchen and lounge, a detached office bungalow, and an entertainer's space topped by a pergola.

Bach joined Y&R in 2012 and has appeared on-again, off-again in a recurring capacity since then. She's world-famous for playing Daisy Duke, but her other credits include The Love Boat, African Skies, Monk, and Hawaii Five-0.
Other Y&R stars who have also recently sold their homes include Melissa Ordway (Abby Newman), Jason Thompson (Billy Abbott; ex-Patrick Drake, General Hospital), and Scott Elrod (ex-Joe Clark).
