Paperback book lovers won't have to be damned anymore, because The Young and the Restless star Eric Braeden's (Victor Newman) memoir, I'll Be Damned, is finally available in the less expensive softcover version.

Says the actor of the book, which was released last February: "I'm happily surprised [about its success]. To be honest with you, I had no idea that it would evoke any interest in anyone! I really did not know. I had no clue. So, it is very surprising and, obviously, very encouraging to know that people actually are interested."

I'll Be Damned gives fans of the German-born actor an intimate and sometimes shocking look at his life. It includes entertaining nuggets like he used to cut up cadavers before becoming an actor, and he often struggled with depression during his early days on Y&R.
