WATCH: Y&R's Bryton James and Darius McCrary reunite with their Family Matters gang

The Young and the Restless' Bryton James (Devon Hamilton) and Darius McCrary (ex-Malcolm Winters) reunite with the cast of Family Matters as reboot rumors swirl.

If 90s TV fans have any say in it, then The Young and the Restless may soon be losing Bryton James (Devon Hamilton). The actor recently reunited with his former Family Matters castmates (which includes Malcolm Winters' former portrayer, Darius McCrary), and buzz about a reboot of the TGIF sitcom is in high gear.

The actor, who played youngster Richie on the nine-season show that made nerdy Steve Urkel a household name, joined the Family Matters crew for a special 20-year reunion photo shoot in the latest issue of Entertainment Weekly magazine. And not only was the photo shoot caught on video, but the cast -- which includes McCrary (who played teenager Eddie), Jo Marie Payton, Reginald VelJohnson, Kellie Shanygne Williams, Jaimee Foxworth, Telma Hopkins, Rosetta LeNoire, Shawn Harrison, and Jaleel White -- discusses a possible revival of the series in a nearly hour-long video.

Says Payton: "Jaleel and I were talking just a little while ago and he said, 'You know, we can do this.' And I said, 'If they dropped a script at our feet when we walked out of here, we would come back in tomorrow, and the next day we'd have a show shot."

Adds Williams: "Because we all have that rhythm, and we haven't lost it. As soon as we're together, it's back to normal."

Check out the 53-minute reunion video below and let us know if you'd like to see a Family Matters revival.
