Stars of The Young and the Restless past and present honor what would have been iconic show creator Bill Bell's 90th birthday.
Monday, March 6, marked what would have been the 90th birthday for the late William J. Bell, creator of the CBS soap opera The Young and the Restless, who died in 2005. And to commemorate the special day, current and past stars of the daytime drama took to social media to celebrate the iconic soap opera legend.
