Injured Y&R star shares emotional video

The Young and the Restless star Daniel Goddard (Cane Ashby) shares a candid thank you video for all who have shown him support following an on-set injury that left him with a broken elbow.

It's been quite an emotional few weeks for The Young and the Restless' Daniel Goddard (Cane Ashby), who suffered an injury to his arm while taping scenes back in September and recently had to have emergency surgery after suffering an adverse reaction to metal used to repair the injury. Thousands of fans have sent the actor get-well messages and vibes of positivity, which the actor says have been invaluable to his long and tough recovery process.

"My dearest friends... Not even these words come close to expressing how much thanks and love I have for all your support during this time," he wrote on Facebook. "You have made without a doubt one of the hardest moments of my life bearable. I wish I could thank every single one of you personally for all your support, and all of your love and all your messages to get better. I adore you. I adore you. I adore you."

Goddard also posted a special video message along with his words of gratitude, giving his supporters an extra thank you for all the love they've sent him. Check out the clip below then let us know your opinion on how the actor is handling his difficult recovery.
