The Young and the Restless star Christian LeBlanc serves as a producer on the new Nickelodeon series, Deadtime Series, based on the children's book series of the same name. The family fright fest will air weekly through Halloween.
This October, multiple Daytime Emmy winner Christian LeBlanc (Michael Baldwin) will unveil Deadtime Stories, one of his spookiest projects to date -- in more ways than one.
The Deadtime Stories series is based off of a series of books of the same name that was turned into a full-length feature film called Grave Secrets, which stars LeBlanc, The Bold and the Beautiful vet Ashley Jones (ex-Bridget Forrester), and three-time Academy Award nominee Diane Ladd. Deadtime Stories doesn't feature any blood or gore and is suitable for children ages seven and up. But, like any good children's series, Deadtime Stories will also appeal to adults.
LeBlanc served as producer for the project, just the second time in his career that he's worked behind the scenes on a project.

"It's crazy. It's fun. I got lost in organizing things," LeBlanc confesses. "When I was called to set to do my scenes, I panicked. I'm running through hair and makeup... I'm grabbing little children and forcing them... to run lines with me. So I'm just a big monster myself."
Grave Secrets will be featured in this year's San Diego Film Festival. For ticketing information for the Sunday, October 6 event please visit sdfilmfest.com
Deadtime Stories premieres on Nickelodeon on Thursday, October 3 at 8pm ET/PT with back-to-back 30-minute episodes. Up first are Invasion of the Appleheads and Along Came A Spider. The ten-episode series will air every Thursday from 8pm to 9pm ET/PT through Halloween.
