The Daily Y.A.P.P For Beyond the Gates, April 28th: Leslie's hidden agenda

Welcome to the Beyond the Gates Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:

What Happened on Beyond the Gates

If you thought Leslie was a little…unhinged before today, then today really sealed the deal. Leslie after meeting with her besties, Mona and Jan, she saw Congressman Martin Richardson and ex Senator Vernon Dupree come in and sit at a booth. Leslie came over and offered the pair the most lifeless brownie that even the most seasoned, poor student wouldn't touch. She then gushed over them and told them how honored she was to meet them and they are amazing and that because of them, bigfoot can hike in peace and the lost city of Atlantis can remain submerged where it belongs.

Yeah, that. Leslie's cheese really did slide right off her cracker today. Then once back at the apartment Leslie put on a fashion show of all her different wigs/personas. Now that was a treat watching her transform herself into one crazy lady after another. Then Eva comes home trying to be the voice of reason and failing miserably but we do learn Leslies ultimate plan. Not only does Leslie want to air all of Ted's dirty laundry but her main target is Nicole and the whole dupree family. As Nicole is living the life that Leslie saw for herself and she had everything handed to her because she had a powerful senator father and a diva for a mother. They must pay, literally. Leslie is going to blackmail the Duprees, and they'll pay to avoid exposure and the hurt that Nicole will feel, but then when they are bled for all they will pay, then Ted gets his life blown up and Nicole gets hurt anyway. Crazy has a name and it’s Leslie Thomas.
