The Daily Y.A.P.P For Beyond the Gates, April 11th: Ted confesses to Andre and Leslie is almost caught by Eva

Welcome to the Beyond the Gates Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:

What Happened on Beyond the Gates

Omg soap fans, what didn't happen on Beyond the Gates today?! Today was one of those episodes that every writer dreams of, there was literally so much happening and so many moments that stand out. I am seriously loving this show, sometimes the pacing slows down, but then wham you get an episode like today. We can't have every episode like this one, our cortisol levels would be through the roof and think of all the busted arm rests on sofas from all the clutcher moments.

Doug bailed from the casino on a winning streak no less to attend an emergency at the hospital only to have to bail on the surgery too as he couldn't focus and did I see a shaky hand? Andre was big upping his uncle Ted about wanting to be exactly the sort of man he is and Ted cant take it and confesses EVERYTHING to Andre. The affair, Dana (Leslie), how she didn't have the child she was pregnant with and even mentioned she was back in town and stalking him and his wife Nicole. Eva talks with the office gossip, yet today she’s a stone wall? Eva hears enough to kn ow that a mystery nurse transferred to the hospital the same time Laura took a turn for the worse. Eva arrives home and startles Leslie as she’s put on the nurse Lulu wig and is about to pay a visit to Laura in her hospital bed and jab her up with more potassium no doubt. Eva confronts Leslie and well, you just need to watch it. I think between Andre and Eva, Leslie might not get to ruin Ted’s life after all.
