Welcome to the Beyond the Gates Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:
What Happened on Beyond the Gates

So, who saw that coming? According to the spoilers for today's episode, Dani was to get an unexpected guest. When Chelsea came over and made things right with her mother regarding dumping modelling for designing, I thought I was wrong in my expectations… but no! Later in the episode, Bill phones Dani, wants to talk, and says it would be better to speak in person. Dani says, okay, grins, and excitedly skips off to head upstairs to change. Sure enough, Bill arrives, and it’s a little awkward initially. Bill notices nothing has changed in the house, and Dani comments, “If it ain't broke…” Soon, Bill says the magic words to Dani: “Can I make you a drink?” The conversation turns to the selling of shared properties, and Dani goes looking for the deeds but instead comes back with a photo album. Why are the deeds kept in there? Hmm, I smell trouble. The pair start chatting about the photos. Bill compliments Dani on a bathing costume she is wearing in one pic (10 points, Bill). Dani reminisces over a moment when a storm was brewing and how Bill heroically raced to rescue their babies, sweeping them up and running back with them. Dani and Bill are sitting dangerously close together, and they are both trying to remember the music they had on that night, one song in particular. Looking into each other's eyes, they both say the song title simultaneously, “Incomplete.” Dani then leans forward, takes Bill's face in her hands, and kisses him. Bill returns the kiss, and it grows into quite a passionate moment. If pouring petrol on a fire is your idea of fixing things, way to go, Bill.
