What to expect on Beyond the Gates
Jacob (Jibre Hordges) is surprised to see Leslie (Trisha Mann-Grant) at the police station with Kat (Colby Muhammed), but it soon turns out to be a different situation. Leslie wanted a restraining order against Kat because of all her interference, but Leslie doesn't know that Jacob now has enough to get a search warrant for Leslie's apartment. Unfortunately, what he wants isn't there anymore. In Tuesday's episode, Leslie turns to an unlikely source for help. That source is likely Eva (Ambyr Michelle), as Eva took the motorcycle helmet and gloves from her mother's apartment, not to protect her mom from the inevitable search, but to protect herself against her mother's true nature. Leslie now needs Eva’s help.
Life-changing situations
Bill (Timon Kyle Durrett) and Hayley (Marquita Goings) announced they are having a baby. Hayley's pregnancy comes at a time when Bill’s health conditions are set to deteriorate. This couldn’t be worse timing for either of them. Naomi (Arielle Prepetit) hasn’t yet had a go at ripping on Hayley. Could this happen when Bill takes a turn for the worse? In Tuesday's episode, Naomi and Hayley find themselves in a life-changing situation. Will they be able to put aside their issues and deal with what's in front of them?

Dani Dupree (Karla Mosley) prides herself on being a Dupree woman, and in case you are one of the few who don't know what that means, it speaks to her strength and confidence. Something that Dani is in short supply of at this moment. Dani cares about Andre (Sean Freeman) more than she’d like to admit, to herself or him. But she worries that letting another man into her life could end in heartache again. She gave so much of herself to her relationship with Bill that when he left, he felt that she had lost everything, including who she was. Andre’s reputation for being a playboy precedes him, but with Dani, he’s a different man and wants more than being a secret. In Tuesday's episode, Dani struggles with her insecurities about Andre. Can they get past these issues before it’s too late and Andre casts his eye to a familiar face on Beyond the Gates.
