Here's what happened on the March 31, 2025 episode of Beyond the Gates

On Beyond the Gates, Ted snuck up behind Nicole and started kissing her neck while she was on a business call. Eva walked in on the display and called the Richardsons adorable. After they left, Kat confronted Eva, demanding an explanation for why Eva had been snooping into Nicole's confidential files – and revealing that she knew Eva had erased her security camera footage. Kat promised to expose Eva when she got the proof she needed; Eva, tired of Kat's accusations, dared Kat to “bring it.”
Eva then let down her wall and said that Kat had everything, while Eva had had nothing until she came to work for Nicole. Eva proclaimed that Kat coming after her was a bad look and appealed to her adversary to leave her alone.
While waiting, Dani went to the hospital to meet Nicole and talked to Ashley about how Naomi was doing. Ashley admitted she and Naomi had both been too busy to get together. Dani wondered if hospitals really had steamy co-worker romances like she'd seen on TV, but Ashley dismissed the stereotype, saying her heart was elsewhere...then Andre entered.
While Dani and Andre chatted, Ashley spoke to Naomi on the phone and lamented that Derek was working a double shift. The friends discussed how Andre had barely spoken to Ashley since he'd tried to kiss her. Naomi opined that Andre wasn't used to women turning him down.
Dani noted that Andre was distracted; he claimed it was difficult to be with Dani in public instead of simply being with her. After the Richardsons arrived and Nicole led Dani to their meeting, Ted expressed surprise that Andre hadn't jetted off to his next exotic locale yet. Andre pointedly admitted that the town kept offering him reasons to stick around. Ted hinted that he might provide another.
Dani wanted to know if their parents had arranged for her to see Nicole in her psychiatrist's office. Dani told Nicole that she was fine and not thinking about Bill and Hayley anymore – in fact, she wanted to channel her energies into helping Chelsea with her new design career. Dani waved it off when Nicole asked if Dani had discussed her intentions with Chelsea; when Nicole suggested that Chelsea was ready to stand on her own, Dani took it to mean that Chelsea wanted to get away from her. Dani felt that, by marketing Chelsea's wares, she would be able to move on from Bill.
Andre accepted an offer to lens a documentary about the hospital's nurses; Nicole wanted to dig into the real reason Andre had taken the gig, but she needed to see a patient. Andre watched Ashley at the nurses' station until Nicole rejoined him. She was glad her nephew was staying; Andre admitted that he'd kept his distance because the town carried bad memories associated with his parents' deaths. Andre assured Nicole he had also been keeping his distance from Ashley – either a woman was all in or all out – but acknowledged that the documentary would put him back in Ashley's orbit. Nicole suggested that Andre's interest in Ashley, however inappropriate, might be a sign that Andre was ready to open his heart. Andre left without speaking to Ashley.
Ashley's supervisor, Shanice, talked to Ashley about Andre's documentary and rushed out to get new scrubs for her appearance. Ted asked Ashley if Andre had scheduled her interview with Andre yet; Ashley replied that she hadn't and that she probably wouldn't even be in the feature. Ted disagreed, noting that Ashley delivering a baby in the elevator during her first week on the job would make her a highlight.
Bill told Tomás that no one but another Hamilton would have “the stones” to take on his firm in court. Tomás noted that Bill didn't seem worried about Naomi's case but was concerned that the lustful Mike could be a wild card on the stand. Bill asked the devoted Tomás to keep their eyes open and make sure things didn't escalate. Bill had Mike's accusers come to the firm to clear up the “misunderstanding”, not waiting for Naomi to arrive.
Bill voiced his feeling that his former employees had been part of a family as far as he was concerned. He wanted to warn the women what would face them in court, and when he announced that he was aware one of them had violated confidentiality by inadvertently discussing a client outside the firm, the ladies felt that Bill was threatening them. Another accuser hurriedly texted Naomi, wondering where their lawyer was. Naomi ended her call with Ashley and took off.
One victim, Stefania, fumed that Bill was trying to humiliate them when it was Mike who should be embarrassed – plus Mike had harassed them under Bill's roof. Bill predicted that, should the women lose their case, they would be stuck with mounting legal fees; regardless, their romantic histories would become fodder for the press. Another woman, Becky, was about to give in when Naomi charged in and told Bill to stop talking. Naomi pronounced it potentially illegal for Bill to speak to her clients without her present and told them she had been given the wrong time for the meeting. Naomi attributed Bill's conduct to witness intimidation and promised to take action if he pulled a similar stunt in the future.
Naomi ordered the women out and admitted that it might have taken her weeks to demonstrate to her clients that Bill was worried Naomi would win; however, Bill had accomplished Naomi's task in one meeting. Naomi thanked Bill and exited triumphantly.
Tomás texted Kat to meet him at Orphey Gene's, where he asked her to try and convince her cousin Naomi to drop the lawsuit. Kat was upset that Tomás had had an agenda that had nothing to do with seeing her; Kat vowed she would never use him or his family as a strategy. Tomás protested that he'd be fine if Kat said no, but the suit could easily put his career in danger. Kat got up to leave and said Tomás could ask Naomi herself since she and her clients had just arrived. Kat wished Naomi luck with the suit and, side-eyeing Tomás, said the opposition seemed weak.
Naomi refused to discuss the case with Tomás, but Tomás wanted to make a personal request: Tomás conceded that Mike was an ass but expressed concern that the lawsuit would hurt all of Mike's innocent co-workers. Naomi shut Tomás down, suggesting that he look for another job if he was worried because Naomi could be as ruthless and relentless as her father. Naomi promised to pulverize Bill in court.
Joey escorted Vanessa into Orphey Gene's; the two had just come from touring potential houses for Joey to buy for his mother. Vanessa noted that a home was a person's “most intimate purchase.” Joey confessed that he was attuned to smells – his cooking, a fresh coat of paint, a woman's perfume... When Vanessa asked about the preferences of Joey's mother, he said she had raised him amidst chaos and now wanted the best for her. Vanessa sales-pitched a photo of a different home that had just come on the market, prompting Joey to lay on the compliments. Their fingers touched when Joey passed Vanessa's phone back to her. “Do you like anything you see?” Vanessa asked. Joey did.
Joey asked how Vanessa had become a top D.C. realtor. Vanessa confided that she hadn't known what she wanted to be growing up because her rich family hadn't expected much from her. Having kids with Doug and driving them around Maryland made her realize she was attracted to the architecture and design of its homes. Joey was fascinated. Vanessa described the successful business she had built until Randy walked in and saw her and Joey together. Randy tried to hide his shock when Vanessa clucked about Joey wanting a house for his mom. Joey left with Randy, and Vanessa stayed behind, swooning.
One of Naomi's clients recognized Joey; Naomi said the FBI had wanted Joey for years. If the FBI couldn't nab Joey, another woman wondered, how could they beat Bill? The ladies announced they couldn't win; Naomi was shocked when they wanted to settle.
Tomás returned to the firm, again amazed at how calm Bill was. He was sure that Mike's reputation would be damaged. Bill said he could use the press to spin anything he wanted – in the end, loser Naomi would seem vindictive. Bill promised Tomás that, afterwards, he would fire Mike if Mike continued to step out of line because he hadn't appreciated Mike making the firm vulnerable. Bill agreed Naomi had chops, but no one could touch his untouchable status.
Kat went to see Chelsea, hating everyone in the world but her. Chelsea felt for Kat when Kat described how Tomás had wanted her to talk to Naomi on the firm's behalf; Chelsea was of the opinion that everything bad that happened in their town was connected to Bill. Dani arrived with plans for Kat and Chelsea's design business; Chelsea refused to “unretire” for the one night Dani suggested, but Kat was interested in what her aunt had to propose. Dani indicated that Chelsea should model in the fashion show as originally planned but reveal her first purse as the showstopper.
While Dani stepped out to retrieve samples, Chelsea reinforced that she was done modeling, but Kat felt the event could be both a swan song and an appropriate launch for their line. Dani returned with an array of ideas; covering only the business side, Kat left to allow them to discuss the creative. Chelsea tuned out, again feeling her mother was taking over her life.
Chelsea objected that she had the creativity handled, but Dani said it never hurt to have more inspiration. Chelsea became agitated and told her mom to back off. “This is my thing,” Chelsea affirmed. “Get your own.” Chelsea left, and Dani was hurt.
Once alone, Kat envisioned a version of Tomás who asked what she'd say to him if he were actually there. Kat told “Tomás” that it had been unfair for him to try and position her between him and Naomi. “Tomás” apologized, and Kat said he'd been as intense as she was when she talked about Eva...which was probably why everyone wanted her to shut up about the assistant. Kat appreciated that “Tomás” listened to her and asked what was in it for her if she forgave him. When “Tomás” promised sexy late night phone calls and long walks, Kat became short of breath and told “Tomás” how good he felt and smelled. “Stop talking,” she commanded, and kissed “him.” Kat wanted more. “Then type 'yes,'” “Tomás” advised before fading. The real-life Tomás had sent a text asking if Kat could forgive him, and she indeed typed 'yes.'
Kat next went to the hospital, where her parents and Andre were discussing the possibility of bringing Eva in to help Andre with the administrative aspects of his documentary. Kat declared that she was done demonizing Eva, which pleased Ted and Nicole. Ashley took a reluctant Andre aside and asked why her friend could barely look her in the eye.
