The series will be produced by Jeff Trammell, and the animation style is a blend of the 1960s comics and the present day. As said in the beginning, instead of Tony Stark, Peter is mentored by Norman Osborn in this show. In the comics and the Spider-Man movies, Norman is the CEO of a science corporation, under which he experiments on himself and transforms into the supervillain Green Goblin.

Green Goblin has been one of the webhead's most dangerous enemies. From orchestrating a convoluted plot involving clones to killing his girlfriend, Green Goblin is to Spider-Man what The Joker is to Batman. But, it is unclear if the Norman in the show has undergone the life-changing experiment or not.
