CBS' Young Sheldon ran for seven seasons between September 2017 and May 2024. Like The Big Bang Theory, the spin-off featuring Sheldon Cooper as a kid featured several cameos over its seven seasons. Similar to The Big Bang Theory, the cameos in Young Sheldon appear as themselves. Listed below are some of the Young Sheldon guest stars who appeared in the CBS spin-off.

Here are some of the memorable cameos that the seven seasons of Young Sheldon had:
David Hasselhoff appears as himself
The 80s icon cameoed as himself in "Cowboy Aerobics and 473 Grease-Free Bolts", the tenth episode of Young Sheldon Season 4. In that episode, Georgie wants to create and produce his exercise video, and for that, he asks the drama teacher, Jason Alexander's, another cameo, Mr. Lundy. Lundy turns to none other than David Hasselhoff to feature in the exercise video.
While the video is finally made and successfully launched by Lundy, it is done without Georgie's involvement. However, the drama teacher also loses all the money when he creates a play about his life.
Jason Alexander appears as Gene Lundy
Seinfeld actor Jason Alexander is one of the Young Sheldon guest stars who made an impression on the viewers as Mr. Lundy. He made five appearances between seasons 1 and 5. We first meet him as someone who gives Sheldon a chance to explore his ac. In the subsequent seasons, Lundy returns to help one of the Coopers set up a Halloween show for the church.
However, his life takes a drastic turn in the fourth season in which he almost teams up with Georgie to create a workout tape. Georgie opts out because Lundy wants a higher percentage of profits. While he successfully launches the workout tape featuring the 80s icon David Hasselhoff, Lundy loses his money after producing a biographical stage play.
During his last cameo, Lundy is seen selling Mary Kay makeup products.
Ray Liotta appears as Vincent
Fans of The Big Bang Theory spin-off were surprised by Ray Liotta's cameo as Vincent, Constance "Connie" Tucker/Meemaw's bookie who is not from Texas. The loan shark pays a visit to Connie to remind her of the debt she owes him, but she manages to repay a portion of the outstanding amount in quarters. This Young Sheldon cameo hints at Connie's gambling problems.
Reba McEntire appears as June
Like Jason Alexander, Reba McEntire is another guest star who appears in multiple seasons. McEntire makes her debut in the third season as June, Connie's current boyfriend Dale's ex-wife. After that, June goes on to appear in Young Sheldon seasons 3, 4, and 5. Eventually, June and Connie even become good friends throughout the series.
Ming-Na Wen appears as Dr. Lee
In season 5, episode 14, Dr. Carol Lee is appointed by President Hagenmayer to not only work on Dr. Linkletter, Dr. Sturgis, and Sheldon's research, and make sure that the three work together, instead of bickering all the time. Unlike several scholarly people Sheldon met in the original show or the spin-off, Ming-Na Wen's Dr. Lee is one of the few who has outsmarted him.
There are numerous other Young Sheldon guest stars other than the ones mentioned above. They are:
- Elon Musk appears as Himself
- Richard Kind appears as Ira Rosenbloom
- Dave Foley appears as Gary O'Brien
- Lance Reddick appears as Professor Boucher
- Penn & Teller appear as Acne Vulgaris & Pus
- Vernee Watson as Nurse Robinson
- Bob Newhart as Arthur Jeffries
- Simon Helberg as Engineer Howard Wolowitz
- Mayim Bialik as Amy Farrah Fowler
