Shark Tank season 16, episode 10 aired on January 31, 2025, on ABC. The episode featured a pitch from a company called Rinseroo that managed to impress shark Lori Greiner. By the end of the episode, she gave them her golden ticket and made a deal with the exact offer that they were seeking.

Riseroo is owned by a mother-son duo named Lisa and Jake. They hail from New Jersey and are hoping to get $343,000 in exchange for 5% of their company. Soon the pair started their pitch with a bathtub. Explaining their product, Jake says that Rinseroos are slip-on hoses. They help in rinsing and bathing chores making them easier to do.

Talking about how they came up with the idea for their product, Lisa explained that it all came to her in the shower. They have a beach house at Jersey Shore and during a family vacation, when over 15 members were staying at the place, she had to work overtime cleaning the place. This is when she recruited Jake and they came up with the prototype of their product.

Explaining to Lori, Lisa says that they then bought her book which helped them figure out if their product was a "hero." She says,

"It's mass market, it's demonstrable, and it solves so many problems."

Lori was visibly impressed by the presentation and the pitch and even how the entrepreneurs had done their homework. The Shark Tank investor said,

"You know your stuff. I love it."

Shark Tank Investor Lori Greiner offers the Golden Ticket to Rinseroo

Before the negotiations could start on Shark Tank, Rinseroo founder Lisa thanked Lori for her advice in the book. Soon, Kevin chimed in the conversation and asked about the valuation of the company. Rinseroo had said that it is currently ay $6.8 million.

Lisa then explained that she had started her business in 2019 and it took off. They had a million dollars in sales back then Projecting their sales for the current year, the entrepreneur says that they are expecting close to $5 million.

They have an 85% profit margin on their products. Their CAC is $2.50. As for their ROAS, they have a "10 to 1 return on" their "ad spend on Amazon." They even have patented their product design, providing a protection service that takes down all the knockoffs.

Shark Tank's Daymond Johnson starts his negotiation and says that he will match the amount that they are seeking but only at 20% equity. Kevin jumps in and offers the same for 15%.

However, Lisa is doubtful because she does not want to give away a large chunk of her business in equity. Soon, Lori sets herself apart by offering her golden ticket to the business. She explains,

"You know, I don't do this often. As a matter of fact, I didn't do it at all last year. Say hello to my little golden friend... I think you deserve my golden ticket. I really do. You read my book. From cover to cover. You followed it. You did what it said. It helped you. You are like my perfect entrepreneur. You were successful."

This meant that Shark Tank investor Lori would offer them $343,000 for a 5% stake in Rinseroo. In a confessional, after they had exited, Lisa said that her goal was to team up with Lori and get Riseroo in every household in America.
