Paramount+'s survival thriller show Yellowjackets is back with Season 3, and the wilderness and the past will continue to haunt the survivors in the third installment.
The show follows two timelines- 1996, where a female soccer team gets stranded on an island for nineteen months in the wilderness after their plane crashes. 25 years later, the survivors are still haunted by past events after the wilderness is back to finish what was started.
Yellowjackets will pick up from the events of the Season 2 finale in both timelines, where in 1996, Natalie becomes the group's new leader, leaving Shauna in a rift with Lottie and the group. It was also revealed that Coach Ben might be suspicious, as it was hinted that he locked the girls in the shelter.
In the present, Lottie reunites the survivors in her wellness retreat, where she envisions that they must carry out another sacrificial ritual, where Natalie is accidentally killed at the hands of Misty.

What is the release date of Yellowjackets Season 3?
Following the show's success, Season 3 was renewed in December 2022, even before Season 2 arrived. Now, Season 3 finally has a release date, and the third installment will arrive on Paramount+ on February 14, 2025.
Season 3 will have ten episodes; the first two episodes will drop simultaneously on February 14, 2025, and the rest will follow weekly. While it is quite ironic that the show will be released on Valentine's Day, you can tune in to Season 3 if you plan for a thrilling watch on a night in.
