The popular Spanish-language drama Wrong Side Of The Tracks or Entrevías introduced viewers to José Coronado in the leading role of war veteran Tirso Abantos, living in a neighborhood plagued by criminal activities. The thriller follows Tirso's quest to fight crime and protect his family.

The series kicked off with Tirso opening up his hardware shop in Wrong Side Of The Tracks Season 1 while also keeping an eye on drug dealings and illegal activities. Wrong Side Of The Tracks Season 4 ending explained: Tirso's revenge

The fourth and final season began with Tirso and his family grieving Irene's death, while also giving it all to track down the corrupt cop Romero who killed her. Now that Irene is gone, leaving her son behind, Tirso decides to be even more protective of his family, hoping it will ease the pain.

However, he was soon diagnosed with a brain tumor and was initially hesitant to get the surgery done. His family tried hard to convince Tirso and her to agree to get treated but Romero's actions didn't let him live in peace.

As seen in the last episode, Tirso succeeds in tracking down Romero and the two have an intense fight. While Romero injured Tirso and got his hands on the money he wanted, Tirso regained consciousness and fired shots at him.

For the last time, Tirso calls his name and fires shots at Romero, killing the corrupt cop for his crimes including the murder of Irene. While the retired war veteran was able to take revenge, it didn't bring back his granddaughter.

By the end, Tirso realizes that his family has now learned how to fight crime and can live without his protection. In the finale moments of Wrong Side Of The Tracks Season 4, Tirso dies while thinking of reuniting with Irene.

What about Gladys and Dulce in Wrong Side Of The Tracks Season 4?

Since Gladys met Tirso, she has ensured to support him and form a strong bond with his family. However, her life is also filled with challenges, especially when Glady's ex-husband re-enters her life in Wrong Side Of The Tracks Season 4.

She struggles to stay close to Nelson, but by the end of the series, Gladys is accepted by Tirso's family and now has a great bond with Amanda and Jimena. As for Dulce, she seems to have recovered from her traumatic past.

She had suffered se*ual assault in the past and encountering Romero again caused her to relive the pain. However, she receives help from Tirso's son Santi in leaving the past behind. She also contributed to the plan to eliminate Romero and now has developed a bond with Santi.

What happened to Ezequiel: Will he help Amanda protect Entrevías?

Unlike the dishonest officers, Ezequiel walks on morally gray paths and has a change of heart over time. He had previously worked with criminals and drug dealers but also tried to protect the residents of his neighborhood.

As mentioned above, Ezequiel was the one who reduced Dulce during her assault, forming a deep connection with her. He even clashed with Tirso often, but as the series came to an end, Ezequiel arrived at the warehouse to save Tirso and later took on the responsibility of safeguarding Entrevías.

This way Det. Amanda and Ezequiel will be able to fight crime while also carrying forward Tirso's legacy in his own way. Wrong Side Of The Tracks is now globally available for Netflix subscribers and marks the end of Tirso Abantos' story.
