The Christopher Storer-helmed show follows a young Chef Carmen “Carmy” Berzatto, played by Jeremy Allen White, as he returns to Chicago to manage his family’s Sandwich shop after his brother’s death. The Bear delves into the complexities of the culinary world, family dynamics, and several other challenges Allen’s Carmy faces in reviving the restaurant.

Ayo Edebiri plays Sydney Adamu, the sous-chef at The Bear. Season 3’s ending left fans thinking Edebiri’s Sydney might not return to the restaurant. However, the small teaser shared by Disney Plus shows Sydney still working at The Bear.

Ayo Edebiri's Sydney is speculated to be working at The Bear in the season 4 teaser.

Season 3 of The Bear started with a slower pace than the previous two seasons but left fans with many questions about its ending.

One of the twists was Edebiri’s Sydney’s job at The Bear. As seen at the end of season 3, Sydney was offered the job of Chef De Cuisine at Chef Adam’s ( Adam Shapiro) new high-end restaurant which he is opening after Ever’s closure. However, Sydney's decision remains unclear till the end of the season.

Now, the teaser of The Bear shows Sydney still working at The Bear, which has led to speculation that she might not have taken the job at Adam’s restaurant and remained at Carmy’s restaurant, which she also worked hard to revive.

However, as the small teaser didn’t specify the episodes, it is still unclear if it was from an early or later one. If it is one from an early episode, Sydney might still leave her job at The Bear and join Chef Adam.

As it is one of the most anticipated questions from the show, it might be answered only when the show drops on Hulu and Disney Plus.
