The Worst Cooks in America series has created entertainment by turning culinary disasters into adequate cooks. It is a hilarious group format show, and some of its editions have gathered a loyal audience. Now, Worst Cooks in America Celebrity Edition: Heroes vs Villains is preparing for its Season 28, scheduled to air on January 5, 2025, at 8.00 pm ET on Food Network and will be available to stream on Max and Discovery+.
The Format
Based on the format of the first series of the show, the celebrity edition involves ordinary people who are taught basic cooking techniques by professional chefs. The participants face different tasks designed to help them learn more about cooking, and the winner receives money for the selected charity organization. It includes several courses and even fundamental cooking skills formations.
The Hosts
For the twenty-eighth season of the show, the fan's beloved host, Jeff Mauro, returns, welcoming newcomer chef Antonia Lofaso. Mauro is charming and smart with a great sense of humor, and Antonio Lofaso pairs well with him, so we will be guaranteed some fun, entertaining, and informative content.
