Shark Tank's Kevin O'Leary proposed his ambitious project in his recently released Instagram clip. He called it the world's "largest" data center project. While he seemed pretty excited about the opportunity, he recalled receiving doubts from people about the same.

Mr Wonderful recalled that everyone told him he was "insane" for taking up such a large-scale project. Talking about its financial expansion, the Shark Tank mentor revealed that the project is a "$70 billion real estate project."

He captioned the Instagram clip with the following:

"I announced the largest data center project in the world—$70 billion. People told me, You can’t do that! My response? Why not? Just because no one’s done it before? That’s the dumbest reason not to do something. I’m raising the first $2 billion this quarter. I’ll get it done. Watch me."

However, he came across some doubts from people. Referring to the doubts, Kevin asked why he couldn't do it. When he inquired about the reasons that might stop him from taking on such a vast opportunity, he found that, because no one has done it yet, he should not be taking it up.

On the contrary, Kevin O'Leary thought that because "no body's" ever done it, that was the "reason" to do it. Further, he stated in the video that many people told him he couldn't raise $70 billion.

Referring to that, he mentioned:

"Like, well, you can't raise $70 billion. I said, sure I can. Why can't I? I paid for the whole thing myself so far, but I went around the world with it last week, and we have all kinds of interests."

As Shark Tank's Kevin O'Leary concluded the clip, he stated that the project would take six years to build the data centers. For that, he will "have to raise" his first $2 billion by the end of the next quarter. He mentioned that he "will do" it.

Fans can catch Kevin O'Leary on ABC Network's Shark Tank Season 16.
