This highlights a key aspect of emotional well-being which is the ability to let go of negative feelings towards people and instead, focus on offering forgiveness to the same. This perspective helps establish healthy boundaries and foster stronger relationships.

Various studies have established that holding onto grudges can lead to stress and anxiety and thus, Lori's words echo a healthy mindset. When asked about what she is feeling the most grateful about, Lori explained:

"I'm feeling grateful about myself today that I know how to give forgiveness. That I don't hold grudges against people and that I am willing to turn a new leaf to those who did me wrong...maybe. haha."

Shark Tank investor Lori Greiner shares about her forgiving nature

Lori, the Shark Tank investor, says that she is grateful to be forgiving towards people who have done her wrong. She is happy that she does not hold grudges towards them all and is willing to offer new chances for them to write their story again.

However, at the end of the statement, she added a "maybe" and the interviewer started laughing along. This inclusion reflects a more realistic approach towards forgiveness.

Even though this aspect is important, it is not always immediate or an easy one. The concept requires time and introspection along with a willingness to understand the circumstances that led to this wrongdoing.

Other than being a Shark Tank judge, Lori is also a business leader. Her forgiving ability and moving forward from setbacks and conflicts is a crucial emotional aspects. This could be done while dealing with business partners or employees or even competition around her to achieve consistent growth and success.

In a previous video, Greiner talked about how, when she struggled to launch her business for the first time with her earring organizer idea, there were people who did not believe in her.

They had tried convincing her not to move forward with the same but she did anyway and soon after, was even featured on the New York Times' Best Seller List.

As of today, the Shark Tank investor holds over 120 patents and is known as the "Queen of QVC." Her success wouldn't have been possible without her ability to move away from negativity and choose to ignore the hate towards her.

Forgiveness in a business setting does not mean excusing someone's poor behavior or attitude, but instead, learning from past experiences maintaining a professional look towards them all, and focusing on one's growth.

Lori's humorous approach at the end with a "maybe" also indicates her light-hearted approach towards establishing boundaries. Forgiveness should not mean forgetting the mistreatment and letting it slide repetitively. It means knowing when to give someone a chance and on the other side, also knowing when to move on for one's well-being.

Shark Tank season 16 episodes are released weekly on ABC at 8 p.m. ET on Fridays. They are later available to watch on Hulu.
