Apple TV+’s drama series The Morning Show has been a hit since its debut in November 2019. Starring big names like Reese Witherspoon and Jennifer Aniston, the show has garnered many accolades in its three-season run and has been renewed for Season 4 and 5. The news of The Morning Show’s renewal came in April 2023 before season 3 premiered in September 2023.
Based on the book Top Of The Morning by Brian Stelter, the show revolves around the professional and personal lives of the characters of the UBA network. In Season 3, the UBA network faced challenges in gaining viewers for its subscription service and a takeover by a tech billionaire Paul Marks, played by John Hamm, a new character introduced in the season.
Other than the original cast, every season many more talented actors join the cast or come as guest stars. For instance, in season 3 John Hamm joined as Paul Marks, and Jeremy Irons known for the movie Lolita and the superhero series Watchmen is said to have joined the upcoming season of the show.

All we know about The Morning Show Season 4
As previously mentioned, Apple TV+ announced The Morning Show’s Season 4 renewal even before the premiere of its season 3 which dropped on the streaming service on September 13, 2023. The filming for Season 4 started in July of 2024 and according to reports was wrapped in December of the same year.
In an interview with People, Jennifer Aniston, who stars as Alexandra Levy, a journalist, in The Morning Show raved about the upcoming season while also talking about the difficulties during the filming of season 4. She added:
" Oh my gosh, it was hard. It was so hard."
In season 4, the main cast that includes Jennifer Aniston’s Alex Levy, Reese Witherspoon’s Bradley Jackson, Billy Crudup’s Cory Ellison, and Nicole Beharie’s Christine Hunter are said to return. Additionally, Veteran actor Jeremy Irons from Watchmen, Boyd Holdbrook from Narcos, Marion Cottilard from Inception, and William Jackson Harper from The Good Place will join the new season.
The Morning Show is rated 8.2/10 on IMDb and has scored 66% on Rotten Tomatoes.
When will Season 4 of The Morning Show premiere?
The premiere date of Season 4 of The Morning Show hasn’t been announced by Apple yet. However, it might premiere later this year as all of the previous seasons premiered during the fall: Season 1 in November 2019, Season 2 in September 2021, and Season 3 in September 2023.
There hasn’t been much revealed about season 4. However, as the previous season introduced some shocking twists at the end, the new season might follow up from there.
