Suits: LA is a spinoff series of the original suits which is expected to be released on February 2025. It follows a new group led by Ted Black, a former New York Prosecutor who built an LA law firm that deals with criminal and entertainment law. Stephen Amell who is playing Ted reveals in an interview with Entertainment Weekly, that the series features a "sneaky" cameo appearance from Washington through a photograph. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Stephen talks about a "sneaky" cameo from Denzel Washington as we can see his photo with Ted Black alongside the courtroom. This showcases Washington being a prestigious client of Ted Black therefore adding to his status and credibility.
Stephen also said that it's an open call for Denzel Washington to appear on the show but it's a "long shot" as he seems busy because of his upcoming film Gladiator 2.
