The showrunner of the series, Steven D. Binder, along with rumors, has teased that Torre's girlfriend is someone whom a member of the team may clash heads with. This could be why Torres hid his secret girlfriend, as revealing her identity would upset someone from the team during the holidays.

Rumors suggest Torres's new girlfriend could be Robin Knight, Jessica's sister, whom she hasn't gotten along with in the past. These rumors are based on the hints dropped by showrunner Steven D. Binder.

Elle Bishop's character has been ruled out as Torres's love interest as she departed from the series after season 18. While talking about who Torres's love interest is and when audiences will find out, Binder stated:

"We're going to meet her very soon. I will tell you that someone who works at NCIS is not gonna be happy about this at all. That's a pretty short list after that...we're gonna do an episode where, Parker brings pastries all the time, we're actually gonna see him buy some pastries and learn he has a little crush on his baker, and the case is going to end up involving the place where Parker buys pastries..That's called 'Baker's Men', we're going to reveal Torres's new girlfriend in that episode. By the way, the person who is going to have the biggest problem with it will also be the last to know."

NCIS is available to watch on Paramount+ with Showtime. Stay tuned to Soap Central to read more about the latest updates and stories on shows, soaps, and films.
