Love is Blind Season 7 Episode 12, Leap of Faith, featured the last conversation between engaged couple Marissa and Ramses.

After sensing doubts in Ramses' mind, the female cast member told him about their "great future" ahead of them. She expressed her desire to get married and also shared how it was the "risk" of falling in love.

"I understand, like, falling in love is a risk. You're risking heartbreak. I understand that. But last night, I spoke with my niece's mother, LaDallas, and then my brother. We had a conversation about my previous marriage, just talking about this decision."

He continued:

"I learned about things and f***, like, I just learned that my ex was, like, hurting much more than I realized after that divorce," shared Ramses.

The Love is Blind star said he was "scared" of hurting Marissa similarly. The 32-year-old lawyer shared how the couple had already had that conversation about how it was ultimately about them.

The male participant shared how "love alone is not enough" after seeing many married couples and everything that has happened around him.

Marissa shared that their marriage is a "promise" and a "commitment." She also mentioned with that comes a responsibility and

"Getting through whatever we gotta get through."

She promised him to "go through" life with him forever. The female cast member also mentioned how he brings her "good characteristics" out that she doesn't generally show.

However, Ramses already had his mind made up. He discussed how he has always followed his emotions and feelings. He repeatedly said how "love" was important.

"My feelings are telling me to move forward, but, like, that's caused me to make some, like, wrong, decisions in the past. I don't wanna come back to this moment, "Why was I led by my feelings?" I've told myself time and again, like, "Don't allow yourself to be led completely by your feelings."

Referring to his first marriage, Ramses shared that he doesn't want to "keep making the same mistake" again.

"It's about your energy and my energy living and coexisting in the same space is what it is. Is your energy gonna be too much for me or is it gonna, like, make me feel, you know, like, overwhelmed?" shared Ramses.

Despite everything, Love is Blind star tried to make things work between them. She even shared how they could control their future and do things however they wanted.

Ramses replied that:

"We can't say what that's gonna look like because, it's like, we haven't lived it."

She told Ramses that he should not have gone to the experiment if that was in his mind.

"I couldn't anticipate I was gonna arrive at this point, and I wasn't gonna feel like, you know, feel the way that I feel, or…"

Marissa got emotional and shared how she wanted someone to be "sure" about her because she was 100% sure. She described the situation that Ramses had reached with her as "literally insane."

When Ramses mentioned that there was nothing left to say, Marissa told him it was the worst day of her life. While Marissa couldn't stop crying, she hugged him and asked whether he was sure about the decision.

Marissa could be seen sobbing for quite a while while she kept asking Ramses if he was "sure." She thought that he was making a "big mistake."

While still sobbing, the Love is Blind star told her former fiance that it was the "worst heartbreak" she had ever experienced.

The couple broke things off just a day before their wedding day. Taylor and Ashley were at their Pajama party with their friends, while Garrett and Tyler attended their bachelor party.
