Love is Blind's seventh season premiered on Netflix on October 2, 2024. The social experiment introduced 29 singles looking to find their potential matches. Among them were Brittany and Leo, who potentially matched each other during the show's first phase, i.e., blind dates.

However, Leo had another potential connection with Hannah and was confused between her and Brittany. After struggling to get a final answer from Leo, Hannah chose her other connection, Nick. Leo and Brittany got engaged on the show, but Netflix decided not to follow their story.

After the duo left the show, they had their "private" vacation. However, they ended up getting separated after some time. Since ending their connection, Brittany and Leo shared insights into what happened via their October 2024 interview with People Magazine.

"It was a very clean, respectful realization. He's just not my person," shared Brittany.

Love is Blind star Brittany and Leo: What did Brittany reveal after parting ways with Leo?

Love is Blind star Leo Braudy, an art dealer, ended things with Brittany Wisniewski, an esthetician, and parted ways. However, they decided to stay friends. Leo, in his October 2024 interview with People Magazine, shared how he felt,

"You want to feel like that other person is home, and she felt like a home."

The first face-to-face meeting with Brittany didn't go as smoothly as she couldn't reply to Leo's "I love you" appropriately. Since then, Netflix has shared with the viewers that it won't follow Leo and Brittany's journey despite getting engaged on the show.

Later, it was revealed that the duo went on a "vacation" away from the show and visited Miami. After some time, they broke things off after mutually agreeing to do so.

In her previous interview with People Magazine, after Netflix aired the first batch of episodes, Brittany revealed how she felt,

"It was an energy thing. I just didn't feel the things that you would think that you would feel when you're getting proposed to, despite having such a strong connection."

The Love is Blind star added,

"I do think he's a very attractive guy, and he has such a very strong magnetic presence in person when you're next to him, which I adore, but it was just an intuition. It was solely just, 'This isn't my husband, and now I've got to figure this out."

When the show producers revealed about not following Leo and Brittany after their engagement, as the male cast member shared, he felt "totally crushed." On the other hand, Brittany shared that she was "disappointed."

She added that she knew she and Leo were the "weakest" link among the engaged couples. It might have to do with her not saying "I love you" to Leo during their first reveal.

Leo shared how, despite having an "amazing time" together, they didn't see themselves "proceeding with a full engagement" towards getting married. He added that the duo were better as "friends" than being involved in a romantic relationship.

The female cast member felt that they lacked "physical connection," which led her to believe that after mutually breaking up, she felt that he was not her "person."

Since the Love is Blind stars parted ways, the show continued with the rest of the engaged couples. The final two couples set to walk down the aisle were Garrett—Taylor and Tyler—Ashley.

The third engaged couple, Ramses and Marissa, called things off right before their wedding, while Nick and Hannah also broke up right before the wedding preparations began.

Netflix will soon release Love is Blind Season 7 Reunion on October 30, 2024.
