Who is White Tiger from Daredevil: Born Again? Character explored 

Daredevil: Born Again pits Matt Murdock in a completely insane battle with the mysterious Muse and the power-wielding, villainous Kingpin, a.k.a. Wilson Fisk. Happily for Matt, however, he is not going in to face such villains alone. A trailer released for the Disney+ series heralds the entry of Hector Ayala, White Tiger, to Hell's Kitchen's streets.

Adorned with a bold, black and white costume and the highly visible medallion hanging at his chest, White Tiger looks ready to enter the battle against the escalating tide of Hell's Kitchen's crime.

White Tiger is a mighty hero with a long history in the comic book world. He first appeared in Deadly Hands of Kung Fu #19, created by Bill Mantlo and the legendary George Pérez.

Hector Ayala's powers come from three mystical tiger amulets that give him superhuman strength, speed, agility, durability, and heightened senses of sight, hearing, and taste. Significantly, White Tiger is the first Latin American superhero for Marvel, and this legacy is respected in Born Again with the casting of talented Puerto Rican actor Kamar de los Reyes.

What do we get to know about White Tiger from the trailer of Daredevil: Born Again?

Information regarding White Tiger's part in Daredevil: Born Again is limited, yet the trailer provides intriguing hints of his participation. We observe him taking action at the beginning, facing off against a gang of criminals in a subway, where one unfortunate thug encounters a fatal end due to an approaching train – a moment that echoes what was presented at D23 the previous year.

Later, there is a great dramatic part that introduces the teaser: Ayala finally becomes an absolute White Tiger. He puts on the outfit that everybody recognizes, with its emblems: the amulet in the shape of a tiger, and the menacing full-face mask.

We haven't seen him venturing out into the open with his powers yet, but still, this glimpse was enough to fuel everyone's imagination. Soon, the official premiere of the series will surely fill people's heads with expectations and anticipation.
