Created by Alex Saviuk and Gerry Conway, Tombstone is an intimidating supervillain is a superstrong mob enforcer with sharp teeth. Identifiable with his pale skin because of a pigment disorder, Lonnie Lincoln is a bullied man throughout the school and became a bully himself later in life.
In the comics, he is locked inside a chamber with mutagen, which, instead of killing him, gives him a bulletproof skin comparable to Luke Cage and super-strength. This makes him one of Marvel's most challenging supervillains, who is a thorn in the side of heroes like Daredevil and Spider-Man.
Will we see comic-book-accurate Tombstone in Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man?
It is confirmed that two more seasons are already confirmed for Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man. In this show, we are told that several supervillains in the series are equipped by a mysterious scientist revealed to be Otto Octavius. So, maybe, in an upcoming episode of the series or, in future seasons, we may probably see Lonnie Lincoln transform into the Tombstone from the comics.
Considering he is also a Daredevil villain, and The Man Without Fear is appearing this season probably Lonnie will fight the character in the future. However, it might also happen that the character doesn't break badly and may even join Peter to keep New York safe. However, considering how the story is currently playing out, Lonnie may become like his comic book counterpart in this show.
How do you think Lonnie Lincoln will transform into Tombstone? Are you hoping that he doesn't follow his Marvel comic destiny? Find out by watching Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man on Disney+.
