Lenny is the woman in charge of managing and hiring triggermen for the Black Doves organization. She was the one who hired Sam for his first job, before he eventually disappeared.
Eleanor and Williams are two assassins hired by Lenny, who work closely together as a team and form an unusual friendship along the way. Ella Lily Hyland, who plays the role of Williams on Black Doves, discussed their friendship in an interview with Netflix's Tudum,
“Eleanor is very similar to Williams, they’re almost mirrors of each other and become best friends. They meet when they’re alone in the world and form this attachment.”
As Netflix's Tudum describes her, Eleanor is a ''cynical assassin who hides her need for companionship behind a dark sense of humor''.
She manages to escape with Williams and Ambassador Chen's daughter Kai-Ming before they can get entangled in the Clarks vs Helen showdown.
