Actress Kelly Bishop joins Shrinking Season 2 as Paul's ex-wife Susan

Shrinking Season 2 welcomes a familiar face to the cast - actress Kelly Bishop, who plays Paul's ex-wife, Susan. While her character has been mentioned in previous conversations, she finally debuts in Episode 5.

She is in town to see Paul and attend Meg's lecture. Interestingly, she gets along well with Paul's girlfriend, Julie, and the two seem to make fun of Paul together.

With the introduction of Susan's character in Shrinking, fans also learn the reason for Paul's first divorce before Season 1. He reveals to Brian that he married Susan very young, shortly after Meg was born. And while his career took off, they drifted apart.
