Emma Myers starrer A Good Girl's Guide to Murder is receiving positive reviews from fans and viewers, especially for the adorable chemistry between Pip (Played by Myers) and Ravi (played by Zain Iqbal).

Based on Holly Jackson's bestselling trilogy, A Good Girl's Guide to Murder is a teen crime series, revolving around Pippa 'Pip' Fitz-Amobi's quest to find out who killed the 17-year-old Andie Bell.

Sal Singh confessed to killing Andie, and everyone believed it was the truth except Pip, who knows that Sal was innocent. Pip decides to solve Andie Bell's case as her EPQ (Extended Project Qualification), without knowing the cost of digging deep into hidden truths in her small town, Little Kilton.

Among the key figures in A Good Girl's Guide to Murder is Elliot Ward (played by Matthew Baynton). He is the English professor at Pip's school and her best friend Cara's father.

Known for his kind and fun-loving nature, nobody knew that Elliot was the 'Secret Old Guy' Andie Bell was sleeping with until Pip uncovers his dark side. In episode five, Pip discovers that Elliot Ward is the man with whom Andie was in a secret relationship.

Following Pip's arrival, Elliot gets worried and confesses that he did sleep with Andie Bell, but didn't kill her. Their relationship ended when Andie started going out with Sal, as she was in love. However, his confession leaves Pip confused as she suspects Elliot is Andie Bell's killer.

If not Andie, then who? After hearing Elliot's confession about having a secret relationship with Andie, and causing her fatal head injury, many might have thought he's not a killer. But he is!

In A Good Girl's Guide to Murder episode five, Elliot revealed that the last time he met Andie was in a hotel when she called him to ask for money. However, Elliot refused and Andie blackmailed him into exposing his other side to everyone including his daughter.

The two got into a conflict and Elliot pushed Andie, causing her to fall and hit her head on the platform. This accident caused her a fatal injury with massive blood loss. However, before Elliot called for help, Andie Bell had run away.

So, it was clear that he didn't kill her but someone else. In the last episode, Elliot is under arrest and Pip pays him a visit. During their conversation, Elliot confessed that he had no choice but to kill Sal and put the blame on him.

As revealed in A Good Girl's Guide to Murder episode six, Elliot Ward killed Sal Singh, who was previously believed to have killed Andie Bell and committed suicide.

Elliot Ward was extremely tense after finding out that Andie Bell had been missing from the day he met her. He knew that things would go wild if his daughters found out about him sleeping with a student and he would automatically become a primary suspect.

However, fate was once on Elliot's side as he remembered about his daughter Naomi and her friend's escape from a hit-and-run case. Elliot was worried about Naomi's changed behavior and read her diary, which revealed that the man died on the spot and his daughter was involved in it.

So, he used this information during Andie Bell's murder case and threatened his own daughter and his friend to lie about Sal leaving early from a party on the day Andie went missing.

Naomi, Max, and Jake couldn't handle the situation and they agreed to lie about their friend. This leads to Sal becoming a prime suspect in Andie's murder, and Elliot saves himself from being dragged into the case.

Elliot Ward then killed Sal, making it look like a suicide, and a fake confession labeled Sal Singh as the killer instead of the actual criminal who lived a happy life for five years until Pip solved the case.

In the end, Becca Bell confesses that she caused Andie Bell's death after pushing her during a conflict, followed by throwing her dead body in a deep well in the outer woods.
