However, they eventually get back together sometime after episode 13 of season 11 “The Monster in the Closet” before Cam proposes in episode 18 of season 11. Arastoo accepts and the two eventually get married in the penultimate episode of the series “The Day in the Life” before taking a leave of absence at the end of the series finale "The End in the End" to adopt three foster children in Mississippi.
