Kitty is finally going back to KISS! XO, Kitty Season 2 has got a release date and fans cannot wait to explore what's in store for Kitty for her second semester. The series serves as the spin-off to the popular film To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before and can be defined as a perfect combination of a rom-com and K-drama.
Featuring Anna Cathcart in the leading role of Kitty the youngest Covey sister, who once meddled in her sister Lara Jean's love story, now has her own romantic journey. The plot revolves around Kitty finally attending elite Korea attending the famous Korean Independent School of Seoul (KISS) and experiencing a roller coaster of love.
Kitty reunited with her long-distance boyfriend Dae and also learned more about her mother Eve Song in the first season. As the teen drama progressed, Kitty discovered Dae's fake relationship with another schoolmate Yuri, and also explored her sexuality.
The first season's finale teased a love triangle with Kitty in the middle, as she started liking Yuri, who's already in love with another character. At the same time, Min Ho confessed his feelings for Kitty in the last episode, hinting that fans might get to see them together in XO, Kitty Season 2. Little did she know that Seoul, Korea would change her life in a way she never expected, be it her love life or finding the truth about her mother. This is finally going to be answered, as XO, Kitty Season 2 will exclusively come out on Netflix on January 16, 2025. Being a Netflix original series, all episodes will be available for subscribers in and beyond the United States.

XO, Kitty Season 2 is exerted to start right after the end of Season 1 as Kitty was expelled for secretly living inside the boys' dorm, and she also broke up with Dae. During her time in Seoul, Kitty fell for Yuri, but she already has a girlfriend Juliana.
While this love triangle is a possibility, fans shouldn't forget Min Ho's confession to Kitty in episode ten, when the two took the flight to Los Angeles. Min Ho said "I think I fell in love with you a little bit or...a lot" while on the plane.
While talking about her character's dating status in a conversation with US Weekly, Anna Cathcart said "I think Kitty doesn’t always need to be with [a] person either. I think Kitty’s story is kind of a love letter to the world" hinting that XO, Kitty Season 2 will bring an exciting story for fans.

The main characters from Season 1 are all returning which includes Anna Cathcart as Kitty Song-Covey, Minyeong Choi as Dae Heon Kim, Gia Kim as Yuri Han, and Sang Heon Lee as Min Ho. Other characters set for the upcoming Season are:
Anthony Keyvan as Quincy “Q” Shabazian, Théo Augier as Florian, Q’s boyfriend with a secret, Peter Thurnwald as Alex Finnerty one of the teachers at KISS and Yuri's half-brother, Regan Aliyah as Juliana the girl Yuri loves and is pursuing a love relationship despite her mother's disapproval.
Other supporting cast members in XO, Kitty Season 2 include Yunjin Kim, Jocelyn Shelfo, and Michael K. Lee. The first chapter also had guest appearances and fans can expect surprising appearances in the new chapter as well.
