The Voice Season 27 Details
The Voice Season 27 will bring back host Carson Daly who has been on the show since season in 2011. While talking about the series, Carson said,
People thought [The Voice] was never gonna work, and not only did it work, but it's lasted for 25 seasons. So I think that's really the crazy part is that it's staying power that we've been able to keep an audience interested, and tweak the show and let the format evolve by adding steals and those little features that kind of make it exciting again. Every time it's on, it feels fresh.
As for the coaches, we have Adam Levine returning. He has been posting his side of the story on social media regularly. While teasing about his return, Adam said, "I feel for other teams." During the filming of the new season, Adam posted an Instagram video stating,
Season 27, yes, I'm coming back; I'm so excited. I cannot wait. I'm well rested. I'm ready to go. I'm a little nervous — I'm not nervous — but I'm so excited. It's going to be great, and I can't wait. It's going to be awesome, let's go! Team Adam is back!
As for John Legend, to confirm his return to the show, he shared an Instagram post, sitting on his red chair with his four kids. Captioning the picture, John wrote, "My first 4-baby chair pic! Back at The Voice taping Season 27!"
Coach John talked about how his family is one of the reasons that he loves being on the show. It gives him a regular schedule close to his home where he can spend time with them. Talking about the same, John said,
''I also love that, you know, I live here in Los Angeles, I have four kids, it’s nice to work at home, basically, you know? And [it's nice toto] be able to take my kids to school in the morning and then go to work."
