Outer Banks Season 4 is out with Part 1, and fans are enjoying every minute of it. The show has topped Netflix's charts in many countries since its inception and is back with a new season. The coastal locations and beach scenery add to the show's aesthetic, and each new season introduces a new picturesque location for the viewers.

In season 3, Pogues left Outer Banks searching for the El Dorado in South America. While this might seem like the end of a teen's adventure, this might not be the case. Outer Banks Season 4 follows the Pogues on a quest for Blackbeard's lost gold after his shipwreck.

A little sleuthing led to our discovery of the character of Blackbeard, an actual figure in North Carolina's coastal history, going by Edward Teach. Teach was a pirate operating in North Carolina in the 18th Century. He is an actual figure deeply rooted in Carolina's folklore.

Since Outer Banks includes actual parts of history in the latest season, one might wonder how many of those picturesque locations from Part 1 are real. From Charleston, South Carolina, to its environs, we have dug up the Outer Banks Season 4 locations for you, and here is the complete list.
