Season 1 of Fire Country premiered in October 2022, featuring areas of Vancouver, and British Columbia. Filming for the second season began that same year in late November. The presence of lush greenery was important for the producers to portray the fictional town of Edgewater which led to there being a pool of locations used to bring the idea into reality.

Fire Country was filmed primarily in and around the city of Vancouver which serves as the fictional town of Edgewater. This was extremely beneficial to the cast as no extra effort or time was required to portray the location differently.

Squamish offers a lush, green, and spectacular view. As a result, many filmmakers of Final Destination, Lost in Space, and Big Sky have chosen this location for shooting after witnessing its dramatic scenery.

Although Vancouver serves as the main location for Fire Country, we also get a brief glimpse of some of the California locations in the trailer. The aerial footage shows the locations of Rio Dell, Eel River Valley, and Wildwood Avenue in Humboldt County, California.

However, the roads leading to these locations are from other neighboring towns.

Fort Langley, British Columbia

According to reports from cast and crew members, some of Fort Langley's locations were used in the filming of the show. Fort Langley is home to several spectacular locations such as the Fort Langley Community Park, Fort Langley Community Hall, and the BC Farm and Equipment Museum.

Considering its architectural elements and natural grandeur, the location became an ideal place to shoot urban scenes.

The Canadian city is situated at the Southwest corner of the mainland of BC. This location is also used for the shooting of Marvel's Deadpool.

Fire Country Season 3 is set to bring more heat to the table on August 18, 2024, with its latest twists and turns in the plot. The show is available for fans to stream on CBS. They can also tune in to Paramount Plus where all episodes of both seasons are now available.
