Listing the top 10 locations where the filming of Emily in Paris took place

1) Emily’s Apartment at Place de l’Estrapade in Emily in Paris

Emily's apartment building in Emily in Paris has a classic Parisian feel to it, with fancy balconies and big windows looking out over a pretty square. Plus, her apartment faces Place de l'Estrapade, a small square with a nice fountain in the middle.

This neighbourhood comprises cobblestone streets and anciently built buildings. As the location lies in Paris, being a romantic area is given, and Gabriel is always around.

2) Place de L’Estrapade

The exterior of Emily's building in Emily in Paris is located on a charming square in the Latin Quarter. It's close to the Panthéon and has a rather dark history - it used to be the site of public lynchings and got its name from torture called "estrapade".

Today, the place is really quiet. Across the street, you'll notice a familiar place - an Italian restaurant with a red awning. This place resembles Les Deux Compère, where Emily's crush, Gabriel, works.

3) La Boulangerie Moderne

In Emily in Paris, next to Gabriel's Restaurant, is a bakery with a special place in Emily's heart. It's where she took a famous selfie with a pain au chocolat.

She stops by every morning to get a fresh croissant. This cosy bakery symbolises her love of Parisian culture, as she believes in the motto of enjoying the smallest things in life.

4) Jardin du Palais Royal

One day, Emily eats lunch alone in a nearby park after her coworkers have declined her invitation. That's where she meets Mindy.

The Jardin du Palais Royal is a quiet spot with linden trees and neat hedges. There are benches to sit on, a nice fountain to look at, and plenty of room to enjoy a simple lunch like Emily's baguette and cheese for a perfect selfie.

5) Rue de l’Abreuvoir

Emily takes a side job as a social media influencer, which doesn't sit well with her French boss. One night, when Emily is upset and needs to delete her account, Mindy takes her to the most Instagram-friendly spots in the city.

They visit Rue de l'Abreuvoir in Montmartre, often called the most beautiful street in Paris. They grab a bite to eat at La Maison Rose, a pink restaurant at the end of the street that's super popular on Instagram. Later, the street is featured in an ad for a new mattress.

6) The Pantheon

Emily dumps her American boyfriend, Doug, on the phone in front of the Pantheon. This famous Parisian landmark is located in the fifth district and has much to tell.

It's where many famous French people, including Voltaire, are buried. The building's huge dome and fancy facade are something to behold; you'll find amazing paintings and sculptures inside.

7) L’atelier des Lumieres

In episode 5 of season 1, Emily and Gabriel visit an exhibition at L'atelier des Lumieres. This old factory-turned-art space adds a cool visual touch to the show's scenes. It's like walking into Vincent Van Gogh's famous Starry Night painting.

8) Eiffel Tower

The Eiffel Tower is an icon of Paris and a top photo destination. It's no surprise that Emily in Paris features the tower often. From Emily's first selfie in episode one to fancy client dinners, episodes without having a single glance at the towers are hard to miss.

9) Filming in Musee du Louvre

The Louvre is known to be the largest and the most popular museum in the world. It's also a chic backdrop in Emily in Paris. Emily's marketing agency, Savoir, is just two blocks away. When Emily goes for her morning run, she often passes the beautiful Jardin des Tuileries, which is just a minute away from the Louvre. At one point, a client even suggested placing a bed in the Louvre as a marketing stunt.

10) Pont Alexandre III

Pont Alexandre III is a beautiful Paris bridge connecting some of the city's most popular areas. It is said to be one of the most majestic river crossings in the world. In the show Emily In Paris, the bridge is a key location and is featured in a memorable perfume ad where a model walks across it with no clothes on while a line of men in suits stares at her.
