Agatha All Along episode five titled Darkest Hour/ Wake Thy Power revealed Teen's identity as Billy Maximoff, one of Wanda Maximoff's sons who appeared in WandaVision. In the prequel, Wanda created a perfect life in Westview using her magic which also includes her twin boys Billy and Tommy Maximoff.
So, if Billy's with Agatha on the Witches' Road, where's Tommy? His twin brother's appearance in Agatha All Along confirms that Tommy also survived and might have entered another teen just like Billy did.

Now after two years, Joe Locke has helmed the role of Billy Maximoff, while there's no update on which actor will be playing Tommy in the MCU.
What does Billy Maximoff know about his brother Tommy in Agatha All Along?
Now that Billy has been revealed to be alive and found a new life in William Kaplan's body, fans are speculating whose body Tommy Maximoff's soul has entered.
As seen in Agatha All Along, Lilia casts a sigil on Teen to keep him from revealing his true identity to the witches, but in episode 5 he couldn't hold back from using his powers against Agatha.
He confronted Agatha as Wanda's son and told the witch that he never trusted her. Despite his actions, Agatha tells Billy to lead the Witches' Road as she already knows he is Billy Maximoff.
While Agatha's intentions to cross the Witches' Road are directly connected to reclaiming her powers, Billy also reveals his reason for joining the coven in their journey. In Agatha All Along episode 6, when Agatha mispronounces Tommy's name, Billy corrects it and says:
"He's out there somewhere. I can sense him. I just... can't find him."
Billy knows about Wanda's death, and his father being dismantled but is completely unaware of what happened with Tommy. He is on the Witches' Road with Agatha Harkness to find his brother, as anyone who successfully crosses the road will get what they've been dying to get.
So does that mean Tommy Maximof will appear at the end of Agatha All Along? Considering how stories end in the MCU, Tommy Maximoff might or might not appear in the TV series.
Tommy Maximoff might appear in the young Avengers MCU project, as his brother Billy has already stepped into the superhero world. The two took on their superhero roles in the Marvel universe and are known for having impressive powers.
Tommy Maximoff's soul might have entered into Thomas Shepherd's body
Since Joe Locke's Billy Maximoff follows his story from the comics, Tommy will likely follow a similar path. In the Marvel comics, Billy is known for spellcasting and manipulating reality, and his twin Tommy has super speed and can play with time.
When Billy entered William Kaplan's body, Tommy's soul also found a host in Thomas Shepherd's body. He lives with his divorced parents in Springfield, New Jersey, and spent half of his adolescence in and out of juvenile prisons.
Thomas met his brother Billy when the Young Avengers team tracked him down and helped him escape the jail. While Billy Maximoff had already joined the team as Wiccan, they used the Avengers Fail-Safe program to locate Thomas or Tommy Maximoff who later took on his superhero mantle and became Speed.
