The Voice season 26 is about to wrap up as part 1 of the finale went live yesterday on NBC. One of the five finalists is ready to sit in the winner's chair and take home a prize money of $100,000.
The season started with 36 contestants and now the top five are ready to hold each other's hands as Carson Daly announces the winner. Danny Joseph, Shye, Jeremy Beloare, Sydney Sterlace, and Sofronio Vasquez defeated everybody else to get their place on the finale stage.
The judges panel this season includes Michael Bublé, Snoop Dogg, Gwen Stefani, and Reba McEntire. All of them have been great supervisors and advisors to the final five.
After the first part of the finale went live yesterday, on Dec 9, let's find out where everybody stands.
Cash prize and Finalists of The Voice Season 26
The winner of The Voice will win a cash prize of $100,000, just like in the last season.
In order to win the big money, after some of the most intense playoffs, battles, and knockouts, the final five standing are:
- Jeremy Boloare from Team Snoop
- Danny Joseph from Team Reba
- Shye from Team Bublé
- Sofronio Vasquez from Team Bublé
- Sydney Sterlace from Team Gwen
Each of them received a four-chair turn in their blind auditions and carefully picked their coaches. They are ready to hit the stage one last time before the winner of The Voice is announced.
The Voice Finale Part 1 Performances
Here is what each finalist of The Voice performed in Part 1 of the finale:
Team Reba - Danny Joseph
After Martha Stewart approves each coach's wardrobe, Danny Joseph opens the night with his first performance. He sings a rendition of "Ain’t No Love in Oklahoma” by Luke Combs.
For the second round, Danny returns to set the stage on fire with his performance on "Back to Black" by Amy Winehouse.
Team Snoop - Jeremy Boloare
Next in line is Jeremy Boloare from Uncle Snoop's team. He picks Jackie DeShannon's “What the World Needs Now."
He returns to bring up the heat in round two with his rendition of “Dancing on My Own” by Robyn.
Team Bublé - Shye
The first to perform from Team Bublé was Shye. This 17-year-old rockstar gets on stage and sings “One of Us” by Joan Osborne to try and bring his coach, Michael his first win.
In round two of The Voice finale, Shye wraps up the day with Harry Style's "Falling."
Team Gwen - Sydney Sterlace
The youngest finalist on The Voice picks “I Love You, I'm Sorry” by Gracie Abrams for her first performance in the finale.
Sydney returns to present her last performance on the show and sings Snow Patrol's "Chasing Cars."
Team Bublé - Sofronio Vasquez
Sofronio is the last to perform in round one. He performs “Unstoppable” by Sia right after he gets emotional about what it means for him to win.
In round two, Sofronio performs after his coach spreads some holiday cheer with his performance. Sofronio picks “A Million Dreams” from The Greatest Showman for his final performance.
