Love is Blind star Hannah Jiles recently appeared in an interview with People, where she opened up about her behavior toward Nick Dorka.

"By the end of it (relationship), I was like, at this point, I don't have anything nice to say. I'm just saying mean things, and that's cruel to him. And it's cruel to me as well, like what am I doing? We're just bringing out the worst in each other," shared Hannah.

The Love is Blind star shared her regret about her behavior with Nick and felt her act was "very cruel" and "demeaning."

In her recent interview with People, published on October 16, 2024, Hannah mentioned various topics, especially from her time on the show. Referring to her time with Nick, she shared a moment where she felt "what she was doing?"

After realizing she had "issues," she understood it was "just" her being mean to her former fiance, Nick. That ultimately led to a major realization that that was not how she wanted to be married to someone.

Fans have witnessed this during the recent episodes, as Netflix featured the couple parting ways following a hug. Love is Blind couple Hannah and Nick stayed back while the other engaged couples went for their respective wedding dress/ tux fittings.

Soon, they could be seen breaking things off after Hannah shared "a lot of things" rather than any particular "thing" about their relationship or Nick.

"I think for me, it just came down to: I saw my friends (with him), my family was there, and I just had a moment where I was kind of like, what am I doing? If I'm still seeing all these issues and I'm just being mean to this man, I feel like I'm just dogging on this man, this is probably not someone that I want to be married to. It just all came to (this) realization, we shouldn't be together."

Before the couple eventually reached their "breaking point," they had occasional issues throughout their relationship. The couple struggled while discussing essentials such as finances, Nick's behavior around other females, and the widely discussed topic of Nick's "immaturity."

After parting ways, the Love is Blind star recalled her behavior and, during the interview, shared how "poorly" she treated Nick, who was, at the time, her "fiance" from the social experiment.

However, Love is Blind star added,

“I stand 10 toes down, and what I said was the truth. And that's how I felt in the moment... I don't regret it.”

The female cast member shared more and admitted she was "glad" to have said all those things because if she hadn't, she wouldn't have "realized" her flaws. Since then, as Hannah mentioned, she has been "working" on it.

"I was working on it through the show. I worked on it in the pastime since the show ... I know that's who I am. I was genuinely myself. And yes, they're bad qualities, but I know, 'Hey, Hannah, how about you just be careful what you say and it's all about how you say it?' "

Later, during the interview, she discussed her and Nick's meeting with her friends. Hannah opened up about "listening" to her friends but shared how her opinion wouldn't be changed. However, that meeting helped her greatly as she got confirmation of what she was seeing in Nick, which her friends also noticed.

"I think I was going to make that decision on my own, but it definitely helped to see that and see how he interacted with my friends."

Despite circumstances and the social experiment not working out as Hannah hoped, she felt a "sense of patience."

Fans can stream eleven episodes of Love is Blind Season 7 on Netflix. The OTT will air the final episode of the social experiment on October 23, 2024.
