After Netflix aired Love is Blind: Argentina Season 1's four episodes, viewers witnessed six couples getting engaged. Out of the six couples, only five advanced to the show's next phase, i.e., the Honeymoon phase set in Tulum, Mexico.

While Matías and Brenda chose to explore their connection away from the show and the dating experiment, the five couples that went to Mexico were:

  • Tom and Florfi
  • Santiago and Emily
  • Mauricio and María Emilia
  • Ezequiel and Julieta
  • Roberto and Eva

The prime goal for sending the engaged couples for the honeymoon phase was to let them explore their physical connection with their partner. However, things have not been going so well for a few of the participants.

In one such incident, Mauricio, who got engaged to María Emilia, discussed a few things related to their physical intimacy with the couple, Santiago and Emily.

Love is Blind: Argentina: What did Santiago and Emily ask Mauricio about intimacy?

Love is Blind: Argentina Season 1 Episode 4 aired on November 6, 2024. Since the show has been released, fans have been watching it and sharing things as they keep on watching.

Something happened in one such incident. The fourth episode featured the first meeting between the fellow engaged couples. Later on, various cast members tried to have separate conversations with the contestants with whom they had a strong bond.

After the show hosts left, the cast members were divided into various groups and discussed different topics and people. Florfi, Eva, Julieta, and Maria Emilia sat in a group and shared about physical intimacy with their partners.

Santiago and Emily, as seen on the show, were the first couple to get engaged. They had a private conversation with Mauricio during the fourth episode. Later, Emily and Santiago asked Mauricio how things were between him and Maria Emilia.

Santiago initiated the conversation and asked Mauricio about getting any physical intimacy from his partner, Maria Emilia. Mauricio shared that there had not been any such situation between him and his partner.

"Oh, when I saw Maria Emilia, it looked like you two had a passionate night," said Emily.

When Mauricio refrained, Santiago asked him to "elaborate" on the situation. Love is Blind: Argentina star Mauricio shared that he and Maria had been "very close," but she was not his type.

"She's not the type I'd normally date. I have always been very superficial. I've always had high expectations when it comes to looks, and Maria Emilia is not the kind of woman I imagined when I imagined myself in a relationship with a lifelong partner. That's the thing about looks," revealed Mauricio.

He added that looks were "important" to him. Santiago agreed and shared how Mauricio needed to "work through that."

After listening to Mauricio's confession about not being intimate with his partner, Santiago confessed that:

"Something like that can create a lot of friction in the future, you know? If you don't feel it from the beginning, then it can be really hard to develop that later on."

Later on, Love is Blind: Argentina star Mauricio asked how Santiago and Emily's night went.

As Emily was about to share, he insisted on sharing "the truth."

"I'll let the lady start in case there's something that she doesn't want to bring up," shared Santiago.

Emily then continued and shared with Mauricio that her connection with Santiago was "very good" and "maybe too good." After Mauricio inquired more about intimacy, the couple accepted and shared that it was a "really nice night."

The female cast member confessed that she talked with Mauricio and Tom a lot on the show. She added that seeing her fellow cast members with Santiago made her "really happy."

Netflix is set to air the upcoming Love is Blind: Argentina Season 1, episodes 5 to 8, on November 13, 2024.
