Marvel Studios had the perfect holiday gift for Christmas 2024, the third and final season of What If...? Much like the second season, this season was released daily, starting on the same day, December 22. The only difference is that Season 2 was nine episodes long, and Season 3 is eight episodes long. The next episode will be released on December 28, "What If... the Watcher Disappeared?"
What If Season 3 Episode 7 Release date, time, plot speculations
What If...? Season 3 Episode 7, as the name suggests, revolves entirely around The Watcher, which Jeffrey Wright voices. The base for this episode is set right at the end of the fifth episode, "What If... the Emergence Destroyed the Earth?" In the episode's closing moment, we see other Watchers disapproving of The Watcher's actions of interfering and saving heroes.
So, at the end of Season 3 Episode 6, "What If...1872?", three other Watchers decide to punish What If...?'s Watcher (probably named Uatu like he is in the comics). They push him on the "glass" reflections of different realities across the Marvel Multiverse. A few glass shards break and fly into the space—the end.

What was What If...?'s sixth episode about?
Episode 6 of What If...? Season 3 is a Western, not the first time a Marvel character dabbled in that genre, Logan being the first one. In the said episode, cowboy Shang Chi and Hawkeye (Kate Bishop) team up to track down a mysterious villain who is referred to as "The Hood." It is a personal mission for Kate and Shang Chi as they have lost something personal to The Hood.
If you don't know, The Hood is a supervillain from the Marvel pantheon. This is also the character's first appearance in the MCU, and he will have a role in the Ironheart series. He will be played by In the Heights and Twisters actor Anthony Ramos.
