Samurai Ghost Rider: Working under the spirit of Vengeance, a Samurai appeared, wielding a fiery katana and horse during the season finale.
- Riri Williams as Punisher: Riri Williams is Punisher instead of being Iron Heart. She wields incredibly high-tech weapons and sports the skull-shaped Punisher symbol.
- Spiderman with six arms—Spiderman, who got hold of a special serum to let go of his powers, ended up developing eight limbs instead.
- Moon Knight Blade variant: The Moon Knight Blade variant was seen during the finale montage wearing a black half-mask and a white costume and had glowing white eyes.
- Gamora the witch: Gamora's appearance brought Frankenstein's Monster to mind. This variant of Gamora wore a tattered white dress and had shiny black eyes, riding a broomstick.

- Kingo in Iron Man suit: Shown in an earlier episode of What If...? season three to be working in a Hollywood film made by Howard Stark, Kumail Nanjiani's Kingo was seen donning the Iron Man suit.
- Maestro Hulk: The evil and significantly powerful older iteration of Hulk is Maestro. In the finale montage, he's seen as wearing the Cloak of Levitation after becoming a sorcerer.
- Howard the Duck: Howard is seen in a scarlet attire, calling to action the magic powers of Wanda Maximoff as the Scarlet Witch.
- Dazzler Silver Surfer: Dazzler appeared on the finale montage as Galactus' Herald, along with Silver Surfer's surfboard in tow.
- Demonic Hawkeye - The finale montage also featured a demon Hawkeye, wearing the iconic purple suit and sporting a dinosaur-like head.
