We lost actor Kamar de los Reyes because of cancer on December 24, 2023. He was 56 years old when he passed away after battling cancer. His wife Sherri Saum's publicist confirmed the heartbreaking news on December 25, 2023. He made his debut through the Broadway play "Blade to the Heat".

The actor won several accolades for his portrayal of Pedro 'Roadman' Quinn in the play. Theater critic David Richards said this about Kamar de los Reyes's performance in The New York Times review of Blade to the Heat:

"The most arresting figure, however, is Mr. de los Reyes. More than any words he utters, the actor's haunted eyes, sunken cheeks and shaved head convey the extent of Pedro's torment. One day, Hector comes across abandoned Tiger Amulets in an alley, which he impulsively wears, transforming into the White Tiger. Turns out, the amulets grant Hector some mystical powers, including superhuman martial arts skills.

While Kamar de los Reyes is playing Hector Ayala's version of the White Tiger in Born Again, it is unknown if the show will delve into the mystical aspects of the character. Daredevil did establish a gritty and realistic world, it is to be noted that there were hints of some mysticism as well. Therefore, even if the White Tiger in Daredevil: Born Again dons his mystical amulets, the show probably won't focus on it.

Daredevil: Born Again continues the story that was established a decade ago when the show was on Netflix. Looks like Wilson Fisk and Matt Murdock have avoided encountering each other since their bloody fight in the third season finale. The synopsis for this season reads like this:
