Lauderdale County Sheriff Rick Singleton had spoken about Vicky White at a live press conference:
“This is not the Vicky White we know, by any stretch of the imagination. She has been an exemplary employee. The employees are just devastated that she was involved in this.”
Reportedly, Vicky’s mother, Pat Davis, told WAAY-TV:
“This is just not her. This is like a total day and night.”
Had Vicky White ever been married?
Vicky White from Jailbreak: Love on the Run was previously married. However, reportedly, her husband, Thomas White passed away from complications related to Parkinson’s disease in January 2022.
On Vicky White’s unusual behavior, mother-in-law Frances White had reportedly told The Daily Beast:

Vicky White died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Following a car chase with law enforcement officers on May 9, 2022, in Evansville, Indiana. It was their 11th day on the run when their vehicle was spotted and then pursued by U.S. Marshalls.
Moments before Vicky breathed her last, she made a 911 call. Her final moments were captured in this call which is a reminder of how, in just a matter of seconds, her life spiraled out of control. She was declared dead after she was taken to the hospital.
Vicky White from Jailbreak: Love on the Run was 56 when she died. Her funeral was attended by hundreds of mourners, including her close friends and relatives in Lexington, Alabama.

Thomas White was Vicky White’s ex-husband. He was battling Parkinson’s disease and had succumbed to the complications from the disease.
